Comprehensive Financial Management

Under the auspices of the Multi-State Technical Assistance Program (MTAP) and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), the Comprehensive Financial Management Guidelines for Rural and Small Urban Systems course offers participants strategies and procedures for the budget process, cost allocation, financial reporting, and performance evaluation.

ODOT’s Office of Transit prides itself in the level and quality of technical service provided to its customers. Technical assistance comes in many forms, from PT and other transit staff working one on one as mentors to assist with applications and invoices to training and workshops to feasibility studies and analyses under the Ohio Technical Assistance Program (OTEC).
