Major Project Deliverable Examples:

Throughout the PDP, it is necessary to develop deliverable products such as reports or studies.  The purpose of the examples supplied on this page is to provide a standardized presentation guideline for those preparing the deliverable products.

The project deliverables below are examples only. It will be necessary to add or delete information and address project specific issues.  The examples below illustrate preferred techniques to help ensure uniformity, quality, and continuity for the deliverable products, but they do not necessarily represent an exact template for all projects.  It is recognized and expected that some projects have unique circumstances that will require some variations from the content presented in the examples below.  The individual preparing the deliverable products must use prior experience and expertise to create documents for their specific projects.  

In many cases, copies of actual deliverables have been used to develop the examples.  Since modifications may have been made to these deliverables to develop an appropriate example, they should not be used as an official record of the document from which they were taken.

In cases where the information shown on the example deliverable is in conflict with or contradictory to the policies or practices of the State of Ohio as contained in its PDP Manual, Construction and Materials Specifications, Design Manuals or Standard Drawings, the polices or practices will supersede any of the examples presented below.
